Big fan of almond butter, mostly because I can't stand peanut butter. In moderation both are good choices for dietary purposes.0

When I bought a small jar of the Biscoff, I successfully logged each gram that made it to my mouth (and was proud of myself). With the Trader Joe's version, not so much.1 -
