    I need to go back to 11 st I was originally 14 1/2 stone now I am about 12 st it would be nice to be around 11 st stones I want friends that could support me through this journey

    Hello everyone! Feel free to add me and I'm extending invitations to everyone. :) I'm hoping to drop 105lbs. I'm currently at 251lbs as of today and I want to be at 145lbs.

    I use mfp and mm+ to compare macros/calories between the two apps.
