What are your goals for the week?

I was thinking about this last night that I would probably succeed more if I made everyone around me aware of my goals, so I figured why not share them with you guys too!!!
1.)Drink at least 100oz of water daily
2.)Workout at least 3x's this week
3.)Track my food and weight watchers points daily, and calculate my points before eating the food!

Great goals! My goal is to add 5 minutes to my cardio. So, this morning I did 35 minutes on the eliptical at the gym. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.0

To walk 20 miles. To hit the gym 5 times and give it an earnest effort EVERY time. To log all my calories ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! (Last week I failed to log Friday and Saturday's calories after lunch)0

Hmm.. I think mine are to do 25 mins 4x this week at the gym (like always) but on level 6. Also, I want to hit my points and cals before bed. I am always under. Considering school started again, it is going to be really hard. :bigsmile:0

try not to go crazy with the yummy mexican food when I get to texas!0 -

Take all vitamins
Workout at least 3 x this week. With temps in the 60's it shouldnt be hard.

My goals for this week
1) Work out 6 times, and burn a total of at least 2,000 cals for the week
2) Snack on mostly fruits, nuts, and vegetables
3) Just move more throughout the day... it's really cold here in WV and sometimes I just want to spend my days off curled up in bed reading.0
