    Nope.

    I don't know how people even try to justify stuff like this working. Is the idea that the acidic vinegar and spicy cayenne will burn a hole through your stomach to reach stomach fat and burn it off?

    a little of that vinegar also helps tenderize meat that's roasting in the oven. I use it on spareribs.

    i literally have spare ribs marinating in a touch of apple cider vinegar and spices rn for dinner. nom nom nom.

    This! You are awesome.
    Some will actually argue, then they'll leave (ragequit). A little while after they'll come back boasting about how xxx detox or weight loss product worked, but really what worked was that they dropped their caloric intake and started working out. These people basically lost the same amount of weight the we did when we started losing weight....water weight.
