Hi guys,

My name is Liz, I'm from Canada and looking to lose 40-50 pounds. I've been working really hard at it but have lost motivation lately. If anyone wants to be friends and help to keep me accountable I will do the same for you!

    Happy to be your friend!! I just started working on looking 40 myself. My best weight has been 165 I am currently 188 but have never made it to145, my marriage weight. I will watch for your friend request. Pam

    Count me in. In Ca. I am about 174 and need to get to 140. So far I have been on Atkins for 2 months and doing Julian Michaels 90 revolution daily, for 4 days now. I double my cardio,
    So after my regular workout, I continue and do the cardio dvd for another 30. :)
