I'm looking for some good healthy shakes that are fruity, chocolate or peanut butter flavor. Would anyone have any of the good recipes of Smoothie King shakes?

Some protein powders are quite good.
    Would you ever consider that?
A heap of a lot less calories than anything sugar king has to offer.

    Banana Melon Shake
8oz full cream raw milk (if you can get it)
    1/2 banana
    60gms melon
    10gms rolled oats
Blitz with a stick blender - delicious. The banana will add to your potassium levels, the melon is rich in Vitamin A and the oats add texture and fibre.
It tastes really sweet and needs no added sugar.

What is cream raw milk? Where would I find it at the grocery store?

    Maybe not as "clean":
Box of unsweetened jello (I like strawberry or strawberry banana)
Pack of frozen fruit (I use blueberries or the one that has strawberries, pineapple and peaches)

Put in one cup of boiling water first to dissolve the jello. Then blend in frozen fruit.

You can use any fruit you want. I also like fresh peaches or nectarines mixed in or I freeze banana slices and blend them in (good with blueberry and banana).

You can throw in spinach leaves or the chia seeds/flax seeds, etc. if you want.

I'm enjoying this one currently (it's like my morning coffee and breakfast smoothie in one):

    200ml unsweetened almond milk
    1 banana, sliced
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1 tbsp flax seeds
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp honey
    1tsp ground cinnamon
Handful of coffee ice cubes (strongly made coffee, frozen in an ice cube tray)

You can also add 1 tsp peanut/almond butter, or swap the coffee ice cubes for plain ones if you don't want a caffeine hit.
