Need advice... Not lost in 4 weeks, feeling very demotivated

Since March I've lost 1 stone 6lb, which is amazing. I have another 9lb to go til I hit my goal weight. Since I got to this weight I can't shift it off. I haven't put it on, which is the only saving grace.
I run 2-3 times a week, with body attack 1-2 times a week and sometimes on top throw in a Pilates class.
To lose a lb it says on myfitnesspal I need 1320... I stick to that but I do occasionally eat some of my exercise calories back, not all but maybe half to 75%. I weigh all my food. I count everything. Half the time because of the exercise I'm under on my net calories!!!
It's frustrating, my clothes have definitely got looser. I weighed myself this morning and I even put on 0.2kg!! So half a pound. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Feel like what's the point, but I want this weight off. Please help!

Firstly well done on your loss so far, you have done really well.
You are only 9lb from goal so weight loss slows down at this point .
You should be aiming for 0.5lb a week but that doesn't mean it will steadily come off.
At this point you need to be tighter with your logging - every bite counts.
I haven't reached goal yet but was in you position last week, eating right, eating back exercise cals and no movement.
I manage to eek out a loss this week by really tightening up the logging and not eating back exercise cals ( I only walk and Fitbit syncs to mfp)
Many things can affect your weight loss including retaining water , time of the month.
Hang on in there, check your logging and weighing and also correct entries in data base. Maybe cut back to half exercise cals if you feel you need them on more active days.
The last advice is patience, it will come off it will just take a bit longer.
Good luck1 -
I measure by the way my clothes fit being so close to goal. Maybe change an exercise like swimming or something different to challenge yourself a bit more? I bought a skipping rope today and def made me out of breath! Keep measuring!!0

Same problem here. I am stuck at 71 Kgs which was quite depressing considering I had been taking body combat classes 3 times a week, with 30 minutes of treadmill workout 6 times a week combined with weight training. My weight doesn't budge. I am dying to see 60's on the scale. Just today I measured my waist and have lost more than an inch.
Does it mean I am losing fat and gaining muscle?
I always stay below the daily calorie goal and I read that its not possible to hain muscle on a calorie deficit. I wonder whats up with the static scale reading ?

With any new or intense exercise, your body will hold on to water to help repair muscles. This water weight can mask any loss on the scale. So, probably not gaining muscle, but also probably losing weight which isn't showing on the scale yet. Taking measurements is the right way to keep an eye on things when the scale isnt showing a loss.0

Have you been reducing your allowed calories as you have lost weight? The smaller you get, the less you need. Every few pounds I lose, I go into goals and switch it back and forth from .5 a week/1 a week and it drops my calories allowed.
If that isn't the problem, try to be patient. The closer you get to goal, the slower it goes. Push a little harder on your workouts and see if that helps.0 -
Yeah I have been adjusting as it moved originally from 1400 to 1320. I have been ramping up the body attack as I was just doing running before...
Guess I'll just have to be patient and keep at it! I don't know what else to do. I'd like to try eating less but I don't want to as I already am!1
