Hi Everyone! :)

I am going to start using my fitness pal to help me lose weight and recording everything. I'm a little nervous as I haven't a clue how to use this lol Does anyone have any hints/tips?!

Looking forward to get to know some people on here :)

    Work out your macros properly, don't rely on MFP.

    I didn't know aswell but here's an example.
    Mine Is 185gr protien
    225gr carbs
    70g fat
    You have to take your weight and height Into consideration everyone Is different, and depends what you goal Is of course mine Is to gain weight btw.

    Thanks for the advice! ☺ is MFP not accurate for the macros or why is it best to do it yourself?... just curious lol
