Dang Memorial Day Weekend. But to much food and drink and great time with friends is worth a 3 lbs gain. I'll work harder this week :-)
06/04 Sat: 315.7 (I had a gastro bug this week. NOT how I want to lose weight. Still kinda battling it. Hoping it will pass soon)
06/11 Sat: 308.7 worked really hard this week by only cardio. Starting strength training this week at the gym. It will interesting to see where this goes since muscle weighs more then fat.

Lol, the message boards here are a little weirder than some, I get what you were after though.
I went to the beach for a week! I hadn't had a vacation in about 3 years, so while I didn't eat to the point of uncomfortable, I didn't stick to salads or check calorie counts at restaurants either.
It was just a huge amount of water weight from sodium. Anytime I respond to a post about water weight I always mention sodium counts since going too far above the RDA turns me into a blimp for about a week.
But since I didn't count, I couldn't be sure how far off the rails I went calorie wise. Apparently, I didn't go too far over because I think I was only up about a pound when everything settled. And 6lbs of water retention!1 -
