How much calories do you eat to maintain weight?

I'm 29, 126, and 5'4". Maintenance without exercise is about 1800 and with: 2200ish? So I bounce around somewhere between 1700 and 2400/day. I have been maintaining since October 2015...if I see a slight trend upward, I reign it back in.2

It varies a lot for me. When I have an extremely sedentary day (lying in bed the whole day), my intake is in the 1300s.
During the week, I consume anywhere from 1400-1800 calories depending on how much I walk and move performing daily tasks, and depending on the intensity of the day's workout.
I recently got a part-time job on the weekend that involves tons of walking and movement, so I eat 2200-3000+ calories on those days.
I am 20 years old, about 5'2", and maintain 108-114 lbs.

64, maintaining @ around 130# for about 2-1/2 years. (160# total loss) 5'2 3/4".
Around 1800/day. Moderately active. 65 minutes of cardio/day at gym plus any additional walking. Average 20,000 steps per day on my fit bit.0 -
65 yo male 5'10" maintained at 200 pounds for last year at 2500 calories. Planned exercise is walking 1/4 mile daily. Work at a computer and knock about the place when at home. No calories from added sugar or from any form of grains with total carbs at <50 grams daily for pain management and recovering of health like 40 years of serious IBS for example that fully resolved after six months of eating this way.1

5'6" 60yo 153lbs To maintain I need 1900 calories a day when I'm not getting much exercise....if walking 2 miles a day I need 2200 to maintain. It's interesting to see how much of a range there is in maintenance calories....!!!0

5'11, 41 yo woman, ~145. I thought I knew, but don't. I am still figuring out maintenance. Weekly TDEE would be 2300 calories / day.0

I'm 5'3" and I maintain on 1500. I do eat back most exercise calories as I love to run 6-8 miles 4 times a week.
1500 for me is what MFP gave me but I've been eating more and maintaining fine. So I guess I eat about 1750.0 -
MFP gives me 1600 calories without exercise factored in for maintenance. I lift 4 times a week and I try to hike twice a week. I'm 1.63m and 63kg. I seem to maintain on a minimum of 2500 calories a day. On some days, I am close to 3500 calories. I have also lost at least 2cm off my waist since April when I got gatvol of dieting and basically stopped restricting. I now eat what I want. I this life!2

34, 5'6, 218 I maintain at about 1900 if I do nothing but roll around in bed, 2000 if sedentary but can get out of bed, more if I exercise or have a generally active day. My maintenance is anywhere between 1900 and 3500.0

5'5", 32 yo female, 138-141lbs-- I eat anywhere from 1400 to 2000 calories. I run approximately 25 miles/week and it ratchets my appetite WAY up. If I wake up weighing 142lbs, though, I have a light day.1

40y/o female, 5'7", maintenance range is 129-133 lbs.
I'm still trying to find my sweet spot for maintenance but it seems to be about 1700, though I can eat a bit more on higher activity days.
I'm currently in PT 3x/wk for an hour. As I build back up to it I'm hoping to do YAYOG 3x/wk and run 2-3x/wk.0 -
Height: 5'2
Weight: 119lbs
Calories: 1300

It is very interesting that all of these numbers are so different. Even for same heights and weights and factoring activity. Interesting to see how people vary.2

5'6" 110 pounds, 29 year old female.
I currently maintain on somewhere between 1900-2000 calories a day, I probably could bump it up a bit but I'm seeing how this works for now. MFP originally said I needed around 1700 calories to maintain (and so did various other TDEE calculators) but I found out it was too low because I ended up continuing to lose weight.
I normally walk anywhere from 10,000-14,000 steps everyday, I stay at home with my 2 year old and 8 month old boys but am also a part time nurse working night shift. I'm constantly on the go and on my feet, I originally thought I was lightly active but I think I'm more active. Other than daily walks with my boys everyday (usually I have the baby strapped to me in the carrier and push my toddler in the stroller at the same time), I don't do any other exercise right now.0 -
I'm 5"8, 44, 147lbs and maintain on 2200-2500, this includes exercise.0

48 years old, female, 5'9", a few pounds under ten stone usually. 2000-2500 kcal a day keeps me here around 136lb.
I do yoga about 5x/week for an hour each class, and a slow jog/walk for about 45minutes 3x/week, lift at most 30min/week and am fidgety.
I saw at the beginning, a lady maintaining 177lb at about my stats & wanted to say I feel like I ate about this same amount when I weighed under 125lb, like I am not eating a lot more to maintain this additional mass (I did eat more and work out heavier to build it, but now it just seems to be my body)... I wonder about that.0 -
Female, 41, 5'11 and maintaining at 145 as I figure out recomp. I'm averaging ~2200 to 2400 calories a day.
My job is sedentary but I walk for about an hour at lunch most work days (mostly to clear my head). I strength train 3 times a week (1 hour) and do 3 HIIT sessions a week (20 minutes). I rarely have inactive rest days. I average 100,000k steps a week according to Fitbit. Fitbit tells me my weekly TDEE is about ~2500/day, but I would put it at 2300.0 -

I missed this vital bit of info from my previous post. My TDEE is according to my fitbit, which I haven't tested out just yet. I'm thinking it may be a slight overestimation..
