Macro help for cutting phase?

Hello! So I'm wanting to start getting into the cutting phase and I go online to try to figure out my macros for fat loss for cutting and everyone's different I don't know what to follow I'm 5'7 and weigh 156-160 any suggestions or help? Or how long I should do my cutting phase and all that would be awesome thanks!

At least 100-120 grams of protein a little over won't hurt as you no one knows how much their particular body needs/uses to the t. Other than that is really choice in the amount of carbs and fats. Make sure you hit that caloric deficit of 250-500 a day and you'll be set.
Some caution, if you don't eat a lot of carbs your energy levels could suffer, also you could get brain fog. Nothing is set in stone and it will be trial and error in the macros you choose. I myself go higher protein/ higher fat because it helps keep me full and that was the biggest problem for me, not being hungry. But I lost 10 pounds and barely lost any strength, which is also how I know my cut was working.1 -
Your protein should be high. Especially when cutting. Keep it at least a gram to body weight (150lbs =150g). However, go with chicken breast or white fish. Time your carbs around your workouts and the rest of your carbs should come from green veg1
