Daily Goal

Hi, I just signed up for this site a few days ago. When I put in my weight goals and current weight it said my daily goal is to eat no more than 1290 calories. But when I entered in what I actually ate for the day it said my current daily goal is 1520. Why is there two different numbers?
Thank you!
Thank you!

If you exercise it adds the calories back to make sure your net is still above the 1200 mark0

HI and welcome! Did you add in your exercise for the day? Those would be considered additional "edible" calories for the day if you chose to "eat" them...

Welcome,
Im new too, about 2 weeks now, and that confused me as well. But look around, it is easier than others I have tried, I even have it on my phone too. You can put food in and excersise in anytime. Add me if you like. Lots of good people on here.!! :happy:0
