What's best weight training to cover the spine? I'm still on weight loss as have fat on my stomach to lose.

Honestly, I do not understand what you're asking.

Are you trying to strengthen your back? But, "hide spine" doesn't sound like it.

It's either your posture or bodyfat %

My bf% is 21, I do have bad posture but I didn't think it was that bad. I just think it looks nicer to have the sides a bit built up?

OK, so it sounds like you want to build up some back muscles.

As usual, I'd suggest a progressive beginner's strength program such as StrongLifts or Strong Curves. Those will incorporate exercises that work the back.

Specifically, though, many back exercises will help - depending on where/how much help you need - things like back extensions, deadlift variations, rows, lat pulldowns, etc.

All that said, have you seen a doctor? Just to make sure you don't have a condition such as scoliosis (or other) that would/could make it so jumping into a strength program would be a not-great idea?

It's pretty hard to hide your spine without getting fat. You don't have of musculature directly on top of the spine. Best bet is to develop lats and spinal erectors so lots of deadlifts (all variants), good mornings, hyperextensions, bent-over rows (any kind of row really).

It's probably posture. Also in what area of your back are you referring to? If it's your neck, work on growing your traps and upper back. Lower back, do back extensions and deadlifts.
