Maybe I should say more about myself lol...need to lose 50 to be at "ideal" weight...lost about 4 lbs since Sat. Been doing stationary biking every day, starting at 15 min and targeting caloric intake at ~ 1500 cal (not incl exercise burned cals). My past failures toward weight loss have been bcuz I live to eat...love cooking, love trying new things, and haven't been too diligent in the exercising...hope this app and you guys can help me reach my goal!0
