Put fruit on scale. Log weight of fruit.2

Weigh each ingredient before you put it in and log them separately. This morning I weighed and logged 36 grams of protein powder, 85 grams of banana, 85 grams of carrots. I also logged 1 cup of spinach but didn't weigh it because it's like 8 calories, but you can weigh that too!1

I actually put my container on the scale. Tare/zero. Then add each item and tare/zero between. Liquid measured into a jug then added if adding liquid.2

If the shakes are something you plan on making often, the recipe builder is wonderful. Just add all the ingredients individually (like everyone above said) and it saves it as a full recipe. Makes it a lot easier to log again tomorrow or next week.2
