Can't believe the clothing that fits me now that i couldn't wear in December and January.
It's mostly from my closet; all of the size 6 pants fit plus a lot of the size 4's.1 -
Went to the hospital for a few tests . I was comfortable in a hospital gown. Lol7

The same sports tanktop that I first wore 14 lbs. ago, except now it fits more comfortably! Small victory, but I'll take it.3

It's not technically clothes, but it love the fact of being able to wear a towel around my waist at the locker room at the gym and feel confident that it's not going to fall off.6

I'm, just today, wearing the sun dress I bought 21 years ago specifically to judge my progress when I was losing weight for boot camp. So many years it didn't fit; now it does.6

dresses, skirts, and shorts its been over 10 years since I wore any of those. Oh and skinny jeans and leggings.

I want to buy a bikini for the first time since I was 14. But at 37 I might be too old.2

@tomteboda Helen Mirren looks amazing, as does my best friend, and they're both at least 10 years older than you! Do it!

Yes! Don't let age stop you - there are plenty of women in their 50s and 60s who wear bikinis! At least go into a store and try a couple on, see how you look - you might be pleasantly surprised and pleased, and it might give you a nice confidence boost even if you decide not to buy one.5

Today I wore a tighter dress to work and I have to say, I think I looked pretty hot My husband works at the same (enormous) company that I do, and when he first saw me at lunch, was like "WHOA".
Those moments make it absolutely worth it.10 -
Husband noted that my body image must have improved a lot bc I bought and wore a bikini (a higher waisted one, but still) on vacation rather than my mom-suit (tankini and skirted bottom). He's right! Granted, I wear a long sleeve rash guard 90% of the time bc I'm paranoid about skin cancer, but still. Happy to be confident in my skin.6

If my new two-piece suit can be worn by this 55 year old, a 37 year old can sport a bikini!10

Thank you all. I'm springing for a bikini with a bra - sized top!4

I'm 47 this year, and for the first time since I was a teenager, I'm in a size 2 jeans and feel comfortable wearing a tank top. No bikini yet, but still. Baby steps.7

Now I can pretty much wear whatever I want. Skinny jeans, shorts (NOT Bermuda shorts), swimsuit (sticking with a one piece but I look and feel good in it), short dresses, tank tops, etc. I love that I can wear such cute clothes. I don't care that I am 50 years old. If I like it and it looks good I'm wearing it!7

Sleeveless tops, blue jeans (I always felt conspicuous in anything but black), bikinis, pencil skirts and long boots - I love my choices now! I find myself steering clear of baggy t-shirts because my waist is so much smaller, I have a flat stomach now, and fitted stuff looks better. Anything that depends on boobs to hold it up is a total no-go area, though.3

I can fit into my mom's 1940s-50s tie top - hasn't fit since college in the 1970s, as far as I recall. As a post-mastectomy 60 y/o, I'm not likely to wear it out in public, but I still think it's fun that it fits again. (Mom would've been 104 this year!) There should be matching shorts around here somewhere, but I can't seem to find them . . . .
