I've been in the gym for years but haven't seen as much progress as I'd like, due to my eating habits. I'm starting to keep track of my calorie intake and balancing my macronutrients as they should be in order to better meet my goals. I'm interested in befriending and learning new things about work outs, supplements, and healthy recipes from others. Fitness is my passion and I would like to become a personal trainer and eventually become a bikini competitor.
