Food or body weight?0

Cheap Walmart scale is that's needed. For me, I look for the one that uses AA or AAA batteries, so I don't have to buy a special battery for it. I always have AA and AAA batteries for other stuff.0

Weight scale, not food scale0

Depends on what you want.
The one from Garmin, Wahoo, Fitbit, Polar, and Withings will give you stuff like BMI, Water Weight, Muscle Density, and some other Metrics. Which for most people are nice numbers to know. But are WAY overkill for most. But they also are connected to your WiFi network, or cell phone/tablet via ANT+/Bluetooth, and will push your weight and other metrics to your activity tracker and/or MFP. So you do not have to physically log your weight. You step on and it pushes your numbers to your services.
As far as just pure weight Scales This Scale is the one my wife and I use and have decent luck with it so far. It seems to be pretty accurate.1 -
Love my Weight watchers scale from Costco and it was about $15. I gave one to a friend and then switched brands a few times and went back to the weight watchers one
