Day 1

Day 1 again. As always, hope to continue day 2 tom. I dont have problem with eating small portion or dieting but "working out" ??? Always my weekness. I need a lot of motivation hope a fitness buddy will just boom in front of me to keep me going.

    It is pretty hard to lose weight by just working out, but working out really helps with the type of weight you lose. Start easy, use stairs a few times, walk around the block a few times and build. You don't need a gym. Maybe buy yourself a fitness tracker so you have something to beat ever day.

    Anyway I hope you are successful in achieving your goals.
