Needing recipe ideas...

So I meal prep for the week every Sunday for my lunches. However, I've gotten really bored with chicken and broccoli. Or chicken and green beans. Etc.

I'm needing recipes that'll keep me feeling full, as afternoon snacking at work is my biggest downfall. I've recently been battling pleurisy, and it doesn't appear to be going away anytime soon, so I can't really exercise right now either. It just causes me too much pain.

That being said, I also need recipes that are low calorie, but tasty. I would like recipes that can be used for dinner as well.

I really like salads, but I got somewhat bored with them as well and they don't keep me feeling very full.

All ideas are welcome, thanks in advance!

    Quinoa tabouli salad.
Not a salad at all. Google it. Will keep you full for hours.
    A complete protein

Make a list of alternate proteins. This could be tofu, quinoa, beans/legumes/lentils, beef, pork, or fish. Trim off visible fat. Grill or bread-and-bake. Or poach in its own juices and some herbs.

Make a side. Will you eat any carbs? A half cup should be fine. This could be rice, pasta, or potatoes.

There are a lot more veggies in the store than broccoli or bagged salad. Challenge your taste buds by picking up one veggie a week you have never tried before and google a recipe.

Mix and match the above with international sauces. There's Chinese stir fry, Indian tandoori, Mediterranean stews, Mexican Chillies, Italian Alfredo, Pesto, or Tomato based sauces. If you don't have much confidence yet pick up a jar sauce. Control calories with portioning.

When I meal prep I pick a roast of my chosen protein and then divvy up picking a different international theme as described above. Every meal prep weekend I pick a different protein so within four weeks I have a wide variety.

I don't prep my veggies too much in advance. If they are fresh I am more likely to eat them.

Until I got burnt out on them I did lasagna rolls. I think I used the recipe from skinnytaste. Some good recipes on her site!

Lentils. I like red the best..I make a soup that is cheap, full of fiber and flavor. Freezes well too. Tons of variations out there.

Have you ever made meatless meatballs or loaf? I've just started making bean burgers and mushroom meatbslls. Fantastic!

I make salsa chicken in the crock pot (add several chicken breasts and a large jar of salsa to the crock pot then shred). I make little taco bowls with just the salsa chicken, some peppers, and a little cheese (usually about 20 grams). I don't mind just eating the taco ingredients without the shell, but they make some good corn tortillas for 50 calories each.
Usually my chicken, cheese, and veggies are under 350 calories, depending on how much chicken I have.
