Not new to myfitnesspal, but new to the forums

Hi--I've been using the myfitnesspal app on my ipad for a long time and just today logged in on the desktop and discovered these forums--lol. I've lost over 40 lbs using this wonderful app, but I've plateaued for the last few months and I think I will start using the forums for some accountibility. I love working out, but food is my weakness. I love to eat for all reasons--happy, sad, bored, stressed--you name it :) I must get the food under control again!
