I know it's hard to be precise depending how fast you lift, etc, but does anybody have a good solution for tracking calories burned while lifting?

Log it as strength training under cardio. Cut the calories in half.

Don't bother. There is no accurate way of measuring energy expended during weight training.

It's easier to just work out your average TDEE.

I wouldn't bother logging it either, it does burn calories but not that many....

Yes just log it as cardio. Depending on how intense your workout is you could be burning anywhere from 200 to 500+ calories.

It burns a lot of calories. I would've been obese by now (because of how much I eat) had it not been for lifting.

You really don't burn that many calories, don't even bother to log it. Consider them free calories burned.
