    Congratulations. That was amazing

You had the same weight as what I have now ! So I wanna ask you some questions If I can .

How long did it take you to lose 66 lbs ?
How many calories did you eat on average per day ?

    @ Delgrand
I put my settings in Myfitnesspal to 'Lose 1kg per week' which is the maximum.
Then during the week i ate those calories (1700-1600) and i did cardio 3 times a week. (elliptical)
BUT ... every weekend i would have cheat days where i would eat and drink alcohol like crazy lol
so it took me a year this way.
If i didn't do those cheat days it would go MUCH MUCH faster.

Also those cheat days started slowing me down too much when i reached 97kg/213lb.
so i had to skip some of the cheat days because losing weight becomes harder when u reach 97kg/213lb.
(weight loss before that went so fast lol)

It takes a lot of dedication but when u see the results ....
And everything becomes a easier after a couple of weeks like cardio and getting used to lower calories.
( also time flies by so fast, before u know it a year has passed and you are almost at your goal.)

Good luck on your journey my friend !!
    YOU GOT THIS !!!!

Great job there! I bet you feel it, too. I've lost 60lbs and feel so much better for it. Still have a ways to go myself, but now I have true empathy for just how wonderful it feels. Congrats!
