Sugar

How much sugar is too much sugar? How much is it acceptable for the average person to eat without raising their chances of getting diabetes? I've noticed that if I have a couple of pieces of fruit and some milk for breakfast, that's my sugar allowance GONE!!! Is sugar from fruit and milk ok for you? Or will stocking up on bananas put me at risk of getting diabetes?

I actually doing some research on this as well.. but I can tell u that natural sugar from fruits is better than refined sugar from processed foods. I assume the sugar grams on the MFP charts are a lil underestimated.0
