Handicapped Fitness Pals?

Are there any others on MyFitnessPal that are not able to walk long distances, run, get on the floor or stand for any period of time?? If so, what kinds of exercises do you do to get your heart rate up??

    I don't know whether this is any help as my dad is paraplegic but what he does is if the weather is good he uses a manual wheelchair to go up a gentle slope near his home. Its only about half a mile and I hardly notice the slope but he finds it hard going up but great going back down. If the weather is bad he attaches resistance bands to the back of his wheelchair and does punches. Mostly though he concentrates on keeping what mobility he's got by doing exercises a physio gave him.
