One Year Anniversary of Maintenance

Lost 60, hit my never-in-a-million-years-thought-I-could-get-to-this-weight weight and have kept it off for 52 weeks and counting. Nothing really more to say about it except, Yay!

    Great job!

I guess I'm coming up on my 1 year anniversary in maintenance also. I say "I guess" because although I considered myself to be in maintenance starting around July 15th of last year I actually lost about 5 pounds over the following 4-5 months. I had lost 45 pounds when I attempted maintenance... now it's 50 pounds which I like as a more round number.

    Congratulations!

As big, or bigger, an accomplishment as losing the weight. Keep up the good habits.

I found that reaching my goal changed my life in so many other ways too. Congratulations on doing something so positive for yourself!

It definitely changes your life for the better. I am 69-5'2"-115 lbs. Lost 47 lbs. feel the best I ever have. More energy and look da*n good for my age. So many of my peers can hardly walk to their car.

Congrats for getting healthy at a younger (I assume) age. You will never regret it.

I also like how you mix it up with your weight maintenance strategy. Variety is the spice of life.

I will always have to log and be vigilant too. But it is so worth it.
