How do I post yard work I have been doing for last 3 days, from early morning to dinner time. I do not see spot for yard work exercise there is no time or energy to do indoor exercise. Bunch of muscles (I never knew I had) hurt, also sweating.

It probably depends very much on the time of yard work, but I would use one of the "cleaning" entries.

It's impossible to determine calories burned by "yard work" Is it guiding a self propelled mower or nonstop scooping 30 pound shovel fulls of rock.

I agree with @deluxmary2000 call it cleaning. Also, energy expenditure really doesn't matter if muscles hurt and or sweating. The muscle hurt indicates you haven't been using those muscles and sweating just indicates your body needed to be cooled (as it would if you were sitting on a hot day).

I just found this list of exercises. But digging up 3 very large flower beds. Hauling dirt, cutting grass, weed whacking, and lots of walking and sweating.
By the end of the week, back will let me know I did way to much. And I will be climbing up my body to get off toilet. Lol

Check out gardening general- there is a calorie burn for that.
