I went to the allergist yesterday about my asthma, just a check up. For fun we hopped on his computer to check my vitals back in January.

January 2011

Weight 344
Resting Heart Beat 92
Blood Pressure 128/92

June 30 2011

Weight 319
Heart Rate 76
BP 120/86

That felt as good as all of the staff at the hospital noticing before they even took my vitals that I lost weight.

Just for fun? I LOVE this. And yes, while I agree that maybe focusing on the weight loss is not the best motivator, I take pt vitals signs and such in the ER and will comment when there is improvement! I figure we all are in this struggle together....plus I bet some of the staff were jealous ;) Way to go!
