Cant understand what MFP have done?

Hello all,
I want to apologise in advance because I may come across like such an airhead by asking this, but i'm completely confused!!!
I decided to change my goals on MFP, because it was set at 5 workouts a week, but lately its been more like 4 so I wanted to be realistic and keep my goals as achievable as possible. So I put 4 workouts a week instead of 5.
Since joining, I have gone from 179 lbs to 155 lbs, so I am slightly healthier than before.
But the thing thats confused me is that, after making that change to my workouts, MFP now tells me I should burn 228 cals a day through exercise instead of 230. I know thats not a massive difference, but I thought that if I'm doing less workouts a week then surely it should be telling me to burn more calories a day??!!!
Any answers appreciated!

The workouts are actually just a goal I believe. They shouldn't affect any of your numbers, such as the expected calorie burn per day. That's based on your normal activity level.
You're going to burn less doing the same activity because you weigh less now.0 -

Ohhh, ok! I think I understand... So the projected weight loss will hopefully still be achievable. I dont want one less workout to severely affect my weight loss! I am still staying under my consumed calorie goal most days, so as long as I stick to that I should be fine right?0
