Hi everyone! My name is Vivianna, and I'm about to be a senior in highschool. I'm 5'4 and 178 pounds. My goal weight is 150.
I come from a big family. I was a big kid, 3 out of my 4 siblings are on the bigger side, my father is overweight, and my mother who has had gastric bypass surgery was at once over 300 pounds (and is now down to about 190, I am so happy for her! She is so much healthier and happier almost 4 years later, it was the right choice for her.)
28 pounds to lose shouldn't seem so bad, but I've been struggling with my weight ever since I was a kid. I've slimmed down over the years, and a lot of people have complimented me over that, but I've noticed I've been gaining lately.
I never really tracked my weight before, but I do know I was around 165 a few months ago, so I've gained more than 10 pounds.
I want to lose those 28 pounds for me. No one else. I want to feel better in my clothes. To feel confident in my bikini and not feel like I have to wear a cover up. I've also seen the struggles my mom has gone through at the weight that she was, and I would never want her to see one of her kids go through that. I've been never been a thin person, but I've talked to my doctor, and we both agreed that 150 is a healthy goal to have.
So, I guess this is my intro? It would be nice to have some support from people going through the same thing, so feel free to send me a message or a friend request! We're all in this together after all! ❤

Hey! I feel like are stories are almost identical ( even our height). I cried 3 weeks ago when I saw that in a month I had gone form 170 to 181! I come from a larger family and weight has been a constant struggle for all of us! I just want to feel content in my own skin! My first goal is to get down to 160. Im aiming for mid August. Then to 150... Starting the journey1
