    3 Ss and 4 Ns...that's 190 burpees.
    200 combined jumping jacks.
    40 push-ups.
    A 7 minute wall sit.
    15 second arm circles and 15 squats.

    My full name is crazy repetitive - has lots of the same letters in it, I don't think I'd do this as I prefer more varied workouts and when I workout I always have a plan of what I'll do that session, but I can totally appreciate its a good idea to give people some inspiration and to get people moving etc
