Where to document my workout

i just completed Hip Hop ABS - AB SCULPT for 25 minutes. Does anyone know where I should document it (cardio or strength?)

    I've been wondering the same thing about the 30 day shred video.

    I document most of my workouts in cardio for the simple fact that I like to document the calories burned during the workout. So whatever you feel comfortable doing and works best for you. It is all for your own diary anyway.
