This is not my first time but this is my last time. Previously I chased numbers.. Now I'm living in my value and setting purposeful goals- Scale wise, I'd like to lose about 25 pounds by end of Sept. Mental wise, I'd like to appreciate the hard work I put in along the 'weigh' (ha!) and find my value in what's being accomplished rather than getting caught up in whats left to be done. I'm not down for body shaming or hearing about body shaming. I'd like some pals that are not just strong in their own strength but also in their own mind as well. I've spent far too long undermining and degrading myself. Being purposeful and mindful about my goals, and not just chasing a number. Anyone?

    Love it ! For me my new goal is to feel good. I track my mood and stress levels. Now I only use weight as a guide post, not a destination.
