Logging work out videos

Hello all my friends, I am not sure this is in the right section but I am starting over. With new motivations, new goals and an actual End goal! However I have a question.. I plan on doing the Ideal ShapeUp 12 week challenge and whatnot. My question is HOW would I log that in the exercise tab since there is so much cardio and weight lifting and combo moves I don't know how to track it... thoughts? Ideas? Answers? Please let me know!!

    Or, Calisthenics, vigorous effort. I think they may be the same calorie burn per minute, though. There is also Calisthenics, light/moderate effort if you think that may more correctly fit what you are doing. Do the programs you are doing give you an estimated calorie burn? If so, just plug in something that gives you the same expenditure.

    They don't sadly, so I have no idea what I am burning.. if anything at all.
    Some of the video's are pure weight training outside the warmup which is cardio based.. and I don't feel like I've worked that hard... :S Should I be doing more?

    Under "Cardio" their is a "Strength training" segment @ about 4 calories per minute. Browse the exercise segment of the site. you'll find something to approximate your burn. And, after all, it is just an estimate.

    You do what feels good, improves your strength and overall fitness and makes you feel good and getting better.
