What are some of your swim workouts?
I've just recently switched to 1000 free 1000 breast none stop.

Sadly swimming is not my thing....I wish it were so I could become Triathlete!! I'll settle for a Du-athlete for now!!!0

Well I can't run for crap, so I'll just cycle, swim, and crawl into a triathlon lol0

I will cycle, run and doggie paddle into a tiathalon LOL!!!0

I regularly swim 2700 as follows:
* 200 breast/back easy-- warmup
* 1550 freestyle moderate to hard
* 500 kickboard- flutter/dolphin
* 250 freestyle moderate/ easy to begin cooldown
* 200 breast/back easy--final cooldown
That's about a 72 minute workout for me

Hmm I need to pick up my freestyle endurance, I've always been a sprinter.
I'm trying to keep my workouts at an hour due to time constraints. Which means I probably won't be going over 2500 unless on the weekend. What's your 100y/min?0 -

I've never been a speed demon, and I just turned 55 so my splits aren't very impressive! In my long freestyle set I do 50 yards in about 62 - 64 seconds.0 -
My breast has always been garbage. So I split around 80/hundred free but 150/hundred breast.
Any tips for breast stroke?0
