when you set up the site you tell it how much you want to lose a week, beyond that, everytime you complete your food diary for a day, it tells you what you would weigh in 5 weeks time if every day was like that day calorie wise
so for example my diary is set to 1lb per week loss, which gives me a 500 cal deficit, so generally, if I ate at a 750 cal a day deficit (or 250 cals under my calorie goal a day), that would be 1 1/2 lbs a week loss etc0 -
Not disagreeing with Kirsty_UK at all, but I found it helpful to use the Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator (under the Tools tab). It can help you calculate what your BMI is now and it tells you what the healthy BMI range is. You can easily calculate your healthy weight range by plugging in lower or higher numbers. That's how I found my healthy weight range!0
