I have just started my my weight loss journey focusing on diet and proper routine. I am looking for some inspiration from those who have loss their weight. Hope I find some help here

Good luck with it, I have found the slow but steady approach has worked for me, but we are all different. I have preferred to lose weight at a slower rate so that I don't have to cut everything out of my diet, that way I am more likely to stick to it. Try and make lifestyle changes, rather than an all or nothing diet. Best wishes0
