Everyone has one of those days when theyeat that muffin , when the ice cream seems irresistible, when they get over their calorie goal. My question is, what is the best advice for when you eat over your goal of 1300 calories, and you are sad and without motivation ?

Start over the next day and vow to do better.

Just because you are over your weight-loss calorie goal does not mean you are over your maintenance calorie goal. Hit reset immediately and keep going. Don't beat yourself up. Everyone does it, once in awhile.
It might be good to know your maintenance calories, for your sanity's sake. I know my maintenance is ~2300 calories. Weight loss is set at 1930 calories. So if I go over my weight loss calories, and eat, say, 2250 calories, I am still technically in a calorie deficit for the day.
You can do this! Good luck!4 -
If this is a repetitive thing, I would go back to the table and redraw my plan.
It's crazy to keep doing the same thing and hope for a different result.2 -
I go over all the time, but I've still lost 100lb..don't stress, just keep trying3
