    Cottage cheese, bacon, turkey, eggs (hard boiled) or scrambled. Peanut butter on toast.

    My new favorite is chocolate protein powder (Trader Joe's brand) and PB2 Chocolate. I use Almond breeze vanilla no sugar milk. Add crushed ice or ice cubes. I only do once in a while, but it's quick and portable if I want to take to go.

    Pancakes made with almond flour and flaxseed.
    Eggs with avocado
    Greek yoghurt with fresh fruits
    Beans on toast
    Quinoa with spinach & cheese bake (think like a polenta cake but quinoa instead of corn)
