I'm trying to loose body fat percentage to achieve my goal of being fit. I am starting to follow the 4X4 rule of eating every 4 hours 4 meals. I am 5'8 141 pounds and 34% body fat. My goal is to loose body fat and I would appreciate tips on how to best approach loosing body fat. I will be working out 4 times a week for at least 60 minutes.

First of all, you need to eat fat. Fat is good for you. I'm not joking, all the FDA crap out there is a load of crap. Eating fat does not make you fat, period. Eating a CRAPTON of fat (like 5000+ calories from fat a day) will surely help make you fat though...

For this you want to look into strength training, though just staying at a calorie deficit, without exercise, will help you lose body fat but adding the strength training will help retain the muscle you do have along the way.1
