Starving

I just found starving yourself is not the answer. I eat eggs protein like tuna before a workout.you have to have some fats and sugars are necessary. Some fruit is good. Eat a banana oror orange or bell pepper. Starving because your body needs fuel.

    True. Too many times people think they just need willpower to push through not eating, but weight loss and health happens easily over time if you simple moderate, exercise a bit, and do it every day consistently.
