10 minute trainer ... how do you track?

I have started doing Tony Horton 10 minute trainer dvds but can't figure out how to track it on my exercise log. Has anyone out there done this and how did you track? You definitely burn something in the ten minutes!

Do you have a Heart Rate monitor? That will give you that acurate calories burnt during the workout and you can enter it.0

I log it as general cardio just because I wouldn't know what else to call it. An HRM would be the best way to figure out how much you really burn, I know it must be more than MFP says.0
