I have battled PCOS for over 15 years. It causes insulin insensitivity, wide spread inflammation, infertility, and many other issues. My husband lost over 150 pounds and I am struggling to lose 10. That said, diet and exercise has greatly reduced many symptoms and, while I may not see it in the scale, I feel better every day. Please use this thread to post non scale victories, hints and tips, and encouragement.
Also, I don't know how to add people. Please feel free to add me.

I too have PCOS! It sucks! I was dx in early 2013 and I'm 34 now. Hate it...
I'll try to add you. I'm new on here too lol1 -
Also have PCOS! I think I use it as more of an excuse than what it is though as if I don't lose I blame that! New to this so would appreciate some guidance and tips ☺️0
