    What's the difference between Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland in terms of football? Does one have a larger talent pool than the other?

    I think it's a bit of a shame they're not unified for the sake of having a potentially better football team.

    When I was a kid I recall Ireland being a powerhouse.
