5'5", 32 yo female, 138-141lbs-- I eat anywhere from 1400 to 2000 calories. I run approximately 25 miles/week and it ratchets my appetite WAY up. If I wake up weighing 142lbs, though, I have a light day.

40y/o female, 5'7", maintenance range is 129-133 lbs.
I'm still trying to find my sweet spot for maintenance but it seems to be about 1700, though I can eat a bit more on higher activity days.
I'm currently in PT 3x/wk for an hour. As I build back up to it I'm hoping to do YAYOG 3x/wk and run 2-3x/wk.

It is very interesting that all of these numbers are so different. Even for same heights and weights and factoring activity. Interesting to see how people vary.

I'm 41, 6' 163 and do a crap load of cardio activity. I'm still learning my correct maintenance level but I eat about 2500-2800 calories a day and still have a little weight loss.

    5'6" 110 pounds, 29 year old female.

I currently maintain on somewhere between 1900-2000 calories a day, I probably could bump it up a bit but I'm seeing how this works for now. MFP originally said I needed around 1700 calories to maintain (and so did various other TDEE calculators) but I found out it was too low because I ended up continuing to lose weight.

I normally walk anywhere from 10,000-14,000 steps everyday, I stay at home with my 2 year old and 8 month old boys but am also a part time nurse working night shift. I'm constantly on the go and on my feet, I originally thought I was lightly active but I think I'm more active. Other than daily walks with my boys everyday (usually I have the baby strapped to me in the carrier and push my toddler in the stroller at the same time), I don't do any other exercise right now.

48 years old, female, 5'9", a few pounds under ten stone usually. 2000-2500 kcal a day keeps me here around 136lb.

I do yoga about 5x/week for an hour each class, and a slow jog/walk for about 45minutes 3x/week, lift at most 30min/week and am fidgety.

I saw at the beginning, a lady maintaining 177lb at about my stats & wanted to say I feel like I ate about this same amount when I weighed under 125lb, like I am not eating a lot more to maintain this additional mass (I did eat more and work out heavier to build it, but now it just seems to be my body)... I wonder about that.

Female, 41, 5'11 and maintaining at 145 as I figure out recomp. I'm averaging ~2200 to 2400 calories a day.

My job is sedentary but I walk for about an hour at lunch most work days (mostly to clear my head). I strength train 3 times a week (1 hour) and do 3 HIIT sessions a week (20 minutes). I rarely have inactive rest days. I average 100,000k steps a week according to Fitbit. Fitbit tells me my weekly TDEE is about ~2500/day, but I would put it at 2300.

I missed this vital bit of info from my previous post. My TDEE is according to my fitbit, which I haven't tested out just yet. I'm thinking it may be a slight overestimation..

    6'2'' 205 lb 32 yo. 3200-3400 Cal
    1. lifting 2 - 4 times / week, depending how it feels
    2. high intensity prolonged cardio ( mountain / climbing ) 1/week, 3-4 hrs typically, and eat much more on those days so that only 1000 Cal deficit remains
    3. Always walk to the bus station on the way to work and all the way home from work, as well as to various places. probably 1 - 2 hr of walking per day
    4. Having hard time sitting still at the computer desk in the office for too long , always want to get up and grab something or do something physical
