Hello. How do I log 21 Day Fix DVDS? I tend to log as aerobics or pilates or yoga on those types of days but I didn't know if I was missing something on how to get the correct calories burned. I have a fitbit but it only counts my steps.

Probably either as a cardio exercise like you have, or as strength training (I don't know the specifics of the 21 day fix workouts).

MyFitnessPal isn't going to know generically what the exact calorie count is, if you want to be fairly exact you'll need a heart rate monitor.

You have to log cardio days as cardio and strength training days are hard to log, unless you count all your reps.

Personally, I would switched to the TDEE method that you find in the beachbody guides or change your settings to lightly active to account for the calories burned. It's hard to know what you burn from exercise. This is what I do and I am currently doing P90X2

And you can still log your exercise but change calories burned to 1 calorie.

Use the same kind of general categories you've been using. Everything with a calorie burn estimate is in the cardiovascular section. Strength training is really hard to estimate.....take the calorie burns with a grain of salt.

    Cardiovascular - strength training

Cardiovascular - circuit training (combines cardio & strength training)
