I just dropped my first ten pounds! I can't really see a difference yet, but I'm still happy about it. :)

10 pounds is ALOT more than 0 pounds :) remember that! Make sure to take before pictures (it always helps me when I take after pictures and see how far I come --- cause the scale can be evil and mean)!

Good job, and good luck with the rest of your journey!

That's great! I once heard that losing 1 pound of body fat takes off 3 pounds of pressure on your knees. I'm not sure how true it is, but it doesn't hurt to believe that small steps have big impacts! :)

Ten pounds is more than 10% of your goal!!! I always envision butter or crisco......think what 10 lbs of either of that looks like and then "envision" that much "fat" is no longer on your body.....for me, when I lose as little as a 1/2 lb I think two sticks of butter gone!!! Might be silly ..... but it is an encouragement to me!

10 pounds is Awesome. 10 becomes 20 - becomes 30 - becomes 40 (so, 10 pounds is a great accomplishment). Keep up the great work! :)
