    The key is "with better eating and exercise". That's what actually makes the difference. The pills just lighten your bank balance.

    I used them before and I can safely tell you that it doesn't work, use that money to buy healthy foods that will help in your weight loss.

    The only weightloss supplements you need are a good multivitamin maybe some protein powder.

    And they don't even help you lose the weight!
