I would love to have some friends on here that are in the Bay Area. I think it's because I've never heard of most of the foods or restaurants my out of state friends like/are talking about. So, I'm Francesca from Oakland - you are? ;)

    Hey, we just got La Vendadita, a casual Mexican restaurant, here in Sacramento. It is owned by the same guy who owns Dona Tomas and Flora in Oakland.
    I must say: It's pretty good!
