Bipolar and PCOS, trying to lose weight.

Hi, My name is Zeinna. I'm 25 years old, got diagnosed with bipolarity 5 years ago and with PCOS 2 years ago.
I get depressed sometimes because that's a deadly mix and losing weight is excruciatingly difficult when you're on 13 pills a day ( meds that cause weight gain ).
I used to be 250 lbs. I weigh 210 lbs now. I've been using MFP for a while. It's a life-saver.
Just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that you can add me if you like

That's awesome about your weight loss! Hang in there! You've been dealt a tough hand with both PCOS and BPD but you can have lots of success if you play your cards right.
Stay focused on your health and the rest should follow.
